Garant Overseas Limited, a subsidiary company of Andreas Haller-Germany, was created in 1997. It is to develop the clock manufacture and sales business in South East Asia regions.The company was started as a new brand of consumer clocks ranging from home, wall and table clocks.

Garant has a range of radio-controlled clocks (RCC) and quartz alarm clocks that are produced with its gearbox and movements from Andreas Haller and assembled in China.
